Оновлений тренінг: програма розширена такими темами як Scrum в аутсорсингу, робота в розподілених командах, масштабний Scrum від 3 команд і більше, погляд на структуру продуктової організації із застосуванням принципів і каркасів Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS).
